Through structured internships and volunteer roles, we provide hands-on, on-the-job training for individuals who are passionate about community development, health equity, and service.
Volunteers gain practical experience working on impactful nonprofit initiatives—supporting outreach, education, and culturally responsive programs that directly benefit individuals and families.
EACH also offers a unique professional development pathway through our in-house Master Trainer and partner-led training programs in prevention and wellness. Qualified volunteers and interns may receive training to become Coach Leaders, equipping them to serve as community wellness promoters and, where appropriate, co-teach or lead evidence-based health education classes.
Whether you are exploring a career in nonprofit service, public health, community engagement, or simply seeking meaningful ways to give back, EACH provides mentorship, training, and real-world experience to help you grow personally and professionally—while making a tangible community impact.
