Through culturally responsive education, community-based outreach, and creative programming, we support individuals and families in navigating health systems while staying rooted in cultural identity and shared experience. Grounded in trusted partnerships and community-informed approaches, our work ensures that health education, benefits access, and arts engagement are accessible, relevant, and meaningful—strengthening community connection, building trust, and supporting equitable outcomes for diverse populations across Massachusetts.
On November 11, 2019, EACH Executive Director Sara Tan participated in a panel discussion at Boston University School of Medicine as part of the Creating Leadership and Education to Address Racism (CLEAR) session. The panel brought together leaders from medical schools and community-based organizations to share perspectives on bridging gaps between healthcare institutions and the communities they serve, with a focus on racial health disparities and preparing medical students to provide more equitable care for patients of color.
