This program is designed for individuals at high risk of type 2 diabetes, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes to prevent or delay the disease. Participants learn about weight loss, dietary improvements, and maintaining an active lifestyle through group sessions, coaching, and workshops.
DPP classes are available in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and other languages to meet participants' needs. Choose from in-person or online courses to suit your schedule and convenience. The program spans 12 months, with 16 weekly sessions initially, followed by ongoing sessions to keep you on track.
